⚠️ 本サービスは投資助言を目的としたものではありません。本サービスを利用した投資判断はご自身の責任において行ってください。

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Harutineria（以下「当方」）が提供するローソク足パターンカウンター（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいたうえで本サービスをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（利用条件）

ユーザーは本サービスを以下の条件のもとで利用するものとします。

本サービスは個人の学習・練習目的での利用を想定しています
本サービスの利用は無料です
ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本サービスを利用するものとします

第3条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本サービスのコンテンツを無断で複製・転載・改変する行為
本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（免責事項）

当方は、本サービスに関して以下の事項について責任を負いません。

本サービスで提供する情報の正確性・完全性・有用性
本サービスを利用した投資判断による損失
本サービスの中断・停止・終了によって生じた損害
ユーザーのデバイスやブラウザの不具合によるデータ消失

本サービスはローソク足パターンの学習・記録を目的としたツールであり、投資助言・投資勧誘を行うものではありません。実際の投資判断はご自身の責任において行ってください。

第5条（データの取り扱い）

本サービスで入力されたトレード記録・カウントデータ等は、ユーザーのデバイスのブラウザ（localStorage）にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーには保存されません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

第6条（サービスの変更・終了）

当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、または本サービスの提供を終了することができます。これによってユーザーに生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

第7条（利用規約の変更）

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

第8条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Candlestick Pattern Counter ("Service") provided by Harutineria ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Terms of Use)

Users shall use the Service under the following conditions:

The Service is intended for personal learning and practice purposes
The Service is free to use
Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service

Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or modification of Service content
Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

Accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information provided by the Service
Losses resulting from investment decisions made using the Service
Damages caused by interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
Data loss due to device or browser malfunctions

The Service is a tool for learning and recording candlestick patterns and does not constitute investment advice or solicitation. Please make actual investment decisions at your own responsibility.

Article 5 (Data Handling)

Trade records and count data entered in the Service are stored only in the user's device browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Termination)

We may change the content of the Service or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. We are not responsible for any damages caused to users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

We may update these Terms as necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
